Made-to-Order Items
All pieces are made to order unless otherwise stated. This means your item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.
Because of this, please allow 2 - 4 weeks for production before shipping. Timelines may vary depending on the item and current order volume.
Most orders ship sooner, but this timeframe allows me to work carefully and intentionally on each piece.
Custom Orders
Custom requests are welcome! Colors, sizing, and small design adjustments can often be accommodated.
Please note:
Custom orders require approval before production begins Once work has started, changes may not be possible.

Processing & Shipping
Processing time refers to the time it takes to make your item, not shipping time. Once completed, your order will ship via USPS. You will receive tracking information when it’s on the way.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of my work: Returns and exchanges are not accepted All sales are final If there is an issue with your order (damage during shipping, major defect), please contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can figure it out together.
Care Instructions
Each item is handmade with care and should be treated gently. Care instructions will be included when possible, but generally:
- Hand wash cold
- Lay flat to dry
- Avoid high heat
Small Variations
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in size, color, and texture are normal and part of what makes each item unique.
