
About the Work
Are your items handmade? Yes, every piece is handmade by me, one at a time. Nothing is mass-produced.
Are items made to order? Most items are made to order unless explicitly marked as “ready to ship”. This means your piece is created specifically for you after your order is placed.
Will my item look exactly like the photos? Your item will be very similar, but not identical. Because everything is handmade, slight variations in size, texture, and stitch tension are normal, and part of what makes each piece unique.
Timing & Processing
How long does it take to make my order? Processing time is typically 2 - 4 weeks, depending on the item and current order volume. This time reflects the making process, not shipping.
Can you rush my order? At this time, I don’t rush orders. I believe good work takes time, and I don’t like to compromise the quality or care of a piece.
When will my order ship? Once your item is complete, it will ship via USPS, and you’ll receive tracking information when it’s on the way.
Custom Orders
How do custom orders work? You can submit a custom request through our Custom Request Form (link here). Once we’ve discussed details and the design is approved, production will begin.
Can I make changes after ordering? Changes may be possible before production begins. Once work has started, changes are usually not possible.
How do I care for my crochet item? Generally, I’d recommend: - Hand washing in cold water - Laying flat to dry - Avoiding high heat Specific care instructions may vary by item and will be provided when possible
What materials do you use? Materials vary by piece and are selected for comfort, durability, and feel. If you have a material sensitivity or concern, feel free to ask before ordering.
Returns & Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges? Because items are handmade and made-to-order,, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect? If there’s an issue with your order please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can figure out a solution together.
Repairs
Do you repair items? I’m happy to offer repairs for items I’ve made, on a case-by-case basis. If your piece needs a minor repair due to normal wear feel free to reach out. One complimentary repair may be offered per item. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways. Please note: - Repairs are only available for Pretty Nice Stuff items - Normal wear over time is expected with handmade items - Repairs do not apply to damage caused by improper care. If you’re unsure, just ask and we’ll figure it out.

Is Pretty Nice Stuff for everyone? Probably not, and that’s okay. My work is slow, intentional, and vibe-driven. If it resonates with you, you’re in the right place.
